Service Description

In this workshop, you’ll create a functional ceramic mug using slab-building techniques, with an emphasis on craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Step by step, you’ll learn how to construct a sturdy, well-balanced form, refine edges and surfaces, and apply stamping and patterning to make your piece uniquely your own. The focus will be on precision and finish—transforming simple clay into a vessel you’ll reach for every day. By the end of class, you’ll have not just a handmade mug, but a deeper understanding of how form, texture, and detail come together to elevate an ordinary object into something lasting and personal.
