Hello, Terra Clay Community!
We wanted to assure you we are taking all precautions mandated by the state. Included below is a list of safety measures we will be implementing to ensure a safe space for us all. Everyone’s health is top priority.
We will be practicing the following measures but are not limited to:
-All persons in the studio are required to wear a mask. Please bring your preferred masks to class and wear them at all times in the studio.
-We will be cleaning all heavily trafficked work areas before and after class with CDC approved sanitizers.
-We have designated an entrance and an exit to streamline contact when coming and going. (The front door is now the entrance, the back door is the exit.)
-Markers on the floor will communicate 6ft work area distancing.
-Potter’s wheels have been moved to allow for 6ft distancing.
-Markers on the floor will direct traffic flow of walkways.
-Hand sanitizer will be set up at the entrance. Please sanitize hands upon arrival to the studio.
-Sanitizer spray will be available throughout the studio. Please sanitize work areas after you’re done.
-Class uses are going to be kept under 10. We apologize, but we cannot offer open studio at this time.
Lastly, in the interests of everyone, please elect to stay home if you or anyone you have been in close contact with has tested positive for COVID-19 or have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Simply contact us and we are happy to make other arrangements for you!
We are both so excited to begin our next session!
Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions or talk to us if you have any concerns.
See you soon!

About Our Classes

Our core series classes are ongoing and driven by students' individual interests. They are suitable for beginners, experienced, and repeating students. Interests may include wheel throwing, handbuilding, utilitarian or sculptural works.
Experience the joy and community that working with clay creates. Students will be introduced to the potters wheel as well as simple handbuilding techniques.
Put the phone down and get your hands dirty! Students will be introduced to both throwing on the potters wheel and simple handbuilding techniques as they become immersed in the grounding world of clay.
Geared towards ages 6-12. Kids are encouraged to stretch their imaginations with projects designed for little hands.
Try something different for date night! Modeled after our Try-It class, you and your partner are encouraged to laugh and play while learning something new together.
